May we also suggest a pesto-flavoured penne rigate with king prawns and fresh herbs, or perhaps an exquisite chicken stuffed with creamy spinach, Pedro Ximénez sauce and mashed potatoes. But of course, for starters, there is something we cannot recommend highly enough: our tempura prawns on a Thai salad of seasonal vegetables, orange, cashew nuts and maracuya vinaigrette. Or perhaps you would like to share the finest beef carpaccio, with basil oil, creams of parmesan and truffle and fresh herbs. It all sounds great, doesn’t it?
Among our clients’ favourite starters, another one stands out too: scallops risotto with crispy prawn flakes.
